The terms and conditions set out by Spanish Home Finder on this sales site are fundamental to the acceptance of advertisements for inclusion on this website. By advertising on this site you are therefore deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions as they are listed below.

Spanish Home Finder are not real estate agents, we simply provide a means for owners, to advertise their properties to the widest possible audience and enable potential buyers to get into direct contact with the owner. Any agreement regarding the sale of a property is solely between the buyer and the seller and Spanish Home Finder will take no part in any transaction.

These terms and conditions will be subject to change without notice. This may be due to a variety of reasons from a change in market trends to changes in legislation.

We also reserve the right to alter our pricing structure without notice.

Any free trial listings agreed with us will be allowed to run the full agreed term but we reserve the right to withdraw or modify any such offers without notice but this will be without prejudice to existing advertisers.

Free listings and special offers will apply to one property per owner household or owner’s agent, other than by prior agreement or under the terms of an offer in place at the time of listing. All other listings will be offered in line with our normal Advertising Plans and Prices.

The normal Advertising Plans and Prices shown will apply to one property only. Additional properties will require additional payments.

As an owner you will need to show a clear price and indicate what is included within that price. Any alternative agreement or price change will be between the buyer and seller.

We operate an open and honest trading policy and expect owners/advertisers to be equally honest when advertising on this site.  Any feedback which refers to inaccuracies, discrepancies or misrepresentation of the property in the owner’s description will be reported directly back to the owner.

We reserve the right to remove from our website any property that is continually misrepresented after a notification has been sent to the owner/advertiser.

We reserve the right to remove, without prior notification, any listing that contains pornographic or other unlawful material including incitement to illegal practices, fraudulent practice, material of a threatening or libelous nature and any other content that the owners/administrators of Spanish Home Finder consider unsuitable for inclusion or retention on the site.

By putting your property on our website, you agree to adhere to our Terms and Conditions. In exchange for 35euros, you have the following services

• Permission to enter your property onto our data base, together with six photos.

• Our website will be advertised via newspaper adverts,  linked to other suitable websites and exhibitions.

• All personal data such as email address, names and addresses, will be hidden from view from the general public. Interested buyers will email you direct via the website. It is up to vendors to then contact interested buyers.

• Payment can be made via a secure Paypal account.
