Firstly, fill in the contact sheet and press the send button.   Then fill out the detailed questionnaire and send that also to us,  if we do not receive the questionnaire we will contact you, and ask you to fill it out.  When we receive it, we will contact you to discuss the contents and to confirm that we will begin our search within your requested timelimits.  A small deposit of £50 is required at this point.

When we have a list of properties that suit your requirements, we will contact you, and discuss dates for you to come out (this needs to be fairly soon so that properties are still available). You then book your flights and confirm details to us. We pick you up at airport (Alicante) bring you back to our home, your final payment is due, and we discuss the proposed list of properties, locations and planned itinery.

If you do decide to buy a property, we will introduce you to Agents,legal representatives and banks/mortgages, time permitting. or we arrange for a mutually convenient time for you to return and complete on your new Dream Home. When visiting Notary for completion of your property, you will need an official translator, we can arrange this for you at your expense.

We would advise that if possible you arrange to obtain a Spanish NIE number before your trip, as this can be time consuming if you leave it til your visit. You cannot purchase property in Spain without this number. There is a company that I found on the net www.nienumberdirect.com that can help you with this. This is not a recommendation as I do not know anyone that has used them, but a site that I found doing my research, so satisfy yourself that they can give you the service that you expect at a reasonable price before using them.

If you do not find anything that appeals to you on this visit, you will return home and we will continue our search for you and contact you again, when we have a new shortlist.
